What is Talk Therapy?
A 50-minute one-on-one session that blends clinical presence, Jungian depth, and holistic awareness.
It’s a space to explore what is unfolding in your inner life - be it transitions, grief, anxiety, relationship patterns, or questions of purpose.
This isn’t just talking - it’s conscious dialogue.
We follow the symbols, dreams, emotions, body sensations, and synchronicities that emerge, trusting the psyche’s natural drive toward wholeness.
Rooted in a Jungian approach, we invite the unconscious to speak - through active imagination, inner figures, recurring themes, shadow work.
From a holistic perspective, we include the body, breath, energy, and environment as part of the individuation process.
It’s a space to remember what you already know — and allow what is ready to shift.

What to expect in an appointment?
A gentle therapeutic space. We follow what’s alive in the moment - using verbal reflection, body awareness, breath, and imagination. Sessions can include dreamwork, parts work, mindfulness practice and homework exercises.
