HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK (Holotropic Breathwork® / Grof® Breathwork) is a method of transpersonal psychology developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof. In a protected group setting, it combines intensified breathing, evocative music, and targeted bodywork to enable non-ordinary states of consciousness (NOSC). These expanded states open up access to deep inner layers of experience and promote self-awareness, integration, and personal transformation. They support the healing of emotional wounds, strengthen emotional self-regulation, promote mental clarity, and awaken a natural vitality and creativity. At the same time, the connection to one's own being, and thus to the world around us, deepens.

In the EXPLORATORIUM (Latin for “place of exploration”), this space for experience is consciously designed as a safe place to explore inner landscapes with the power of the breath, to traverse emotional depths, and to encounter one's own core being, a space for self-awareness, inner truth, and transformation.
