HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK® and GROF® BREATHWORK – developed by Dr. Stanislav and Christina Grof – opens a safe and consciously held experiential space in which deepened breathing, supportive music, and mindful bodywork facilitate an inner process that often unfolds beyond the familiar.
Within this process, creativity, insight, and inner transformation may emerge – sometimes quietly, sometimes powerfully, always in one’s own individual rhythm.
In these states, deeper layers of inner experience often become accessible – on emotional, biographical, somatic, and transpersonal levels. Many participants experience the process as deeply embodied, self-supported, creatively enlivening, and meaningful. Self-awareness deepens, integrative processes unfold, and inner clarity may arise. A renewed sense of natural vitality and creative energy often emerges, alongside a deepening connection to one’s inner core – and from there, to life itself.
The INTENSIVE EXPLORATORIUM (from Latin explorare – to explore, to investigate) unfolds as a committed process across three four-day modules.
Within a stable group, a shared and trustful space develops over time, allowing inner processes to mature, deepen, and find their place within a broader personal and life-historical context.
The experience is intended for individuals in phases of transition, reorientation, or existential inquiry, as well as for those seeking to strengthen self-leadership and emotional self-regulation, clarify life direction, and become familiar with working in non-ordinary states of consciousness within a safe and supportive setting.
